ORDER PICKUP POLICY

  • Shop Online​​

    • Add item(s) to your cart, select Store Pickup, and place your order. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has been received.​

  • Wait for an Email Notification

    • We’ll send you another email when your order is ready for pickup. Please don’t head to the stand until you get this email.​ 

  • Pick Up Your Order

    • Once it’s ready, head to the stand and tell them you are there to pick up your online order. They will ask for your confirmation number and a valid ID.

Your purchase is safe with No-Dud Guarantee! All Kent Fireworks products feature our renowned "No-Dud" guarantee! In the rare event of a non-performing item, your item can be returned for a full replacement, an item of equal value, or refund.

PAYMENT METHODS

We use Square Point of Sale to process all transactions. Square works with any US-issued magstripe or chip cards bearing a Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, or UnionPay logo. The following card types are accepted:

  • Credit

  • Corporate

  • Debit (processed like credit)

  • Prepaid

We also accept Cash payments. You can even order online and pay with cash at pickup.
